Terrible AI customer service entry funnel. Companies need to realize that it is just going to frustrate people more when you have a stupid automation that can do nothing. When they finally do return your phone call they message you from Whats App and refuse to call back on the phone . This is after three attempts at getting a hold of someone through their AI agent.

The only thing is I wish there was a way to track the status of the whole process via a portal or having an assigned agent that provides regular updates. Also, an option to select the type of shipping a customer wants (overnight, next day, etc) would be great!
